The DiversityFIRST Certification Program 2022 marketing material consisted of designing a flyer and social media images that communicates the date, time, location, and time zone for each session. The image chosen represent age, gender, religion, and ethnic diversity in the workplace. The icon and color represent whether session is in person or virtual. 

For the social media images, there are three types of images. First image is the full schedule. Second is the quarterly image that gets posted once per quarter and third, is based on location and what council account the image will be posted on.
