One user we interviewed attempted to unlock a bike using a printed receipt from the kiosk. 

We developed a physical artifact to demonstate the concept. This hang tag would come shrink-wrapped with the Ride card, as well as a small fold-out brochure that highlights NYC safety guidelines, bike laws, and suggested routes for casual riders or tourists. 

We also developed a system map for the user flow and purchase points for the card.
