FOR OLENA KLIUSHNYK'S POETRY BOOK
The poetry book "Navpomatsky" is a delicate sensual female lyric. My task was to create a portrait of the lyrical heroine of this book: what does she imagine? how does she look like? what kind of person is she? After reading the poems, I clearly imagined her, this dreamy young woman. She is sincere, open, somewhat naive, but undeniably strong, she is getting to know herself and the world, finding her place in it, meeting her love and saying goodbye to it, she feels joy, sadness, disappointment, hope, inspiration, sometimes she suffers... She could be different and somewhat confused in her feelings...
The book has several sections - "Drawer of Dreams", "Drawer of Love", "Drawer of Pain", "Drawer of Memory", "Unsent Letters", "Several Photos". The idea arose to weave these "drawers" (from which memories, letters, photos, dreams emerge) into the heroine's hair, something like the fancy hairstyles that adorned the heads of aristocratic women in the 18th century. All this was woven into one single image which in the end became printed on the cover. The author of the book decided that the image should be exactly embossed on the white background, without color, which would correspond as much as possible to the title of the book - "Navpomatsky'" - "By touch".

Збірка пезії "Навпомацки" - це тонка чуттєва жіноча лірика.
Моїм завданням було створити портрет ліричної героїні цієї книги: якою вона уявляється? як може виглядати? ким могла бути?
Прочитавши вірші я чітко уявила її, цю мрійливу молоду жінку. Вона - щира, відкрита, дещо наївна, але беззаперечно сильна, вона пізнає себе та світ, шукає своє місце в ньому, зустрічає свою любов та прощається із нею, відчуває радість, сум, розчарування, надію, натхнення, іноді страждає... Вона різна та дещо заплутана у своїх почуттях...
У книзі є кілька розділів - "Шухляда Снів", "Шухляда Любові", "Шухляда Болю", "Шухляда Пам'яті", "Ненадіслані Листи", "Декілька Фото". Виникла ідея вплести ці "шухляди" (з яких виринають спогади, листи, фото, мрії) у волосся героїні, щось на зразок химерних зачісок, що прикрашали голови аристократок у 18 сторіччі.
Все це сплелось у один цільний образ, який в кінцевому результаті став витиснутим на обкладинці.
Автором книги було вирішено, що зображення повинно бути саме тиснене на білому фоні, без кольору, що максимально відповідало б назві збірки - "Навпомацки".
