I occasionally cook meals while working on other projects. But  it gives me a headache every time when I clean up the leftover junk. Later I learned that food waste produces greenhouse gases. And food waste is plentiful and ubiquitous. So I started trying to put waste back into the biological cycle, exploring all-natural materials made entirely from food, and trying to make it easy to understand so that every  family could produce their own finished product.
