Disposable paper beach ashtray (Ⓒ CLEANBEACH - HERENA)
To prevent cigarette butt littering on beaches a disposable beach ashtray was developed. The ashtray can be collected from a dispenser placed near beach entrances. The paper cone can be filled with sand. During the day the user collects their cigarette butts in the ashtray. When done, it can be lifted and the holes in the bottom separates the cigarette butts from the sand. The ashtray then folds shut and can be disposed of. It is made from durable en biodegradable paper which easily dissolves when it’s not taken care of properly.
