The city level means embracing the context of each city and the illustration of the cultural aspects, aesthetics, and habits, therefore the need of reinterpreting the typical reception arose. With this project being located in Italy, a true cultural analysis has taken part and a habit that is typical for Milan and especially Italy is coffee. The element of coffee brings so many advantages: it brings people together, is a conversation starter and it emerges to everyone in the multisensorial aspect of look and taste. The entrance area is connected to the zero waste market that teaches new behaviours on conscious consumerism.
