Overview
Soundclick is a music-based internet platform and social community launched in 1997. The platform allows artists to sell or license their music directly to fans and serves as a tool for self-promotion. Songs can be streamed, downloaded in MP3 format, sold through the store, or licensed to others.
The Goal
The goal of this project was to learn what’s preventing users from using Soundclick and to design solutions for those obstacles.
Result
I implemented a high fidelity prototype in order to address pain points with the current Soundclick site. Feedback from users during the evaluation phase confirmed that the solutions I implemented addressed the user needs.
