我的產品名稱是“JELLY”。這個產品是為沙拉設計的餐具。沙拉碗在日常生活中有一個小問題，每當我次洗它，試圖把它放在某個地方時，總是覺得有點不方便，眾所周知，大多數沙拉碗都不小，我們無法把它放進烘碗機裡，也不可能把它隨意放在一邊。我試著讓它們保持整潔美觀。此款沙拉餐具組的外觀靈感來自一種很神奇的海底生物──水母。水母的身體是半透明的，我們可以很容易地看穿它的身體結構，就像一層層的玻璃碗套疊在一起，我認為那是一個非常有趣且富有生命力的型態。
My product’s name is “JELLY”.This is a tableware specially designed for salad. There is a small problem bothering me in my daily life. Every time after washing my salad bowl, I always feel a little inconvenient when I try to put it somewhere else. We know that most salad bowls are not small. We can't put it in the dishwasher, let alone put it on the table. Therefore, I started thinking of a way to keep my salad set neat and still have a nice looking appearance. The look is inspired by an amazing creature in the ocean, which is jellyfish. The jellyfish's body is translucent, we can easily see through its body structure, it looks like some glass bowls layer by layer, it is very interesting and vital.
我設計了三種類型的碗，最小的比較像是醬碟，具有顆粒感的表面及環繞著內部的凹槽，方便使用者研磨一些食材，這些小細節讓它看起來像水母的臟器。中間的碗是一個較為常規的外觀，它比較適合拿來分裝沙拉。而我在最大的沙拉碗邊緣製作了波浪狀的樣式，為此產品中最引人注目的一部分。
I designed three kinds of bowls. The smallest one is more like a sauce dish, it has a grainy surface and grooves around the interior so users can easily grind things, and these details make it look like the internal organs of a jellyfish. The one in the middle has a regular appearance, and it provides regular uses, like distributing salads. I made a lovely shape on the edge of the biggest salad bowl, and it became a striking part of the product.
關於特製沙拉夾，一開始我並沒有想到要設計這樣的夾子，但是當我嘗試設置一個像水母腳一樣的三腳支撐架時，我有了一個新的想法。水母總是用觸手去抓取獵物，我仿效他們的捕獵行為設計出這個夾子。支撐架此項產品的“腳”，也是"觸手"，它的材料是彈性塑料，我在夾子底部加了一些凹槽來加強它的抓地力。
For this particular salad tongs, I did not set out to design tongs like this, however, when I tried to make a three-legged support frame like a jellyfish leg, I had a new idea. I mimic the hunting behavior of jellyfish, which always use their legs to catch prey. The three-leg support frame is the "leg" of the product, so it can also be a three-leg clamp. It's made of elastic plastic, and I added grooves to the bottom of the tongs to give it more grip.
此項產品的目標是為我們的生活帶來一些有趣的細節及美感。這款沙拉餐具組不僅僅是個餐具，它意味著一種全新的生活方式，也希望我們能在日常生活中找到更多美麗的小事物。
My goal with this project is to bring some interesting details into our lives. This salad set is more than just tableware, it means a whole new way of life, and hopefully we'll find other beautiful little objects in our daily lives as well.
