Brief
What can be made from a single A3 sheet of acrylic plastic. With online product sales booming I was tasked to design a product that could be made with ease yet be sold online at a low cost. The solution evolved into the pigxel bank. A single sheet of A3 acrylic cut into 4 iconic shapes that after some simple heat bending resembles a "piggy bank" . Combine a glass jar or other coin catcher under the bank and you have a fun yet effective money bank. Simple yet fun this product can be manufactured with ease yet sold online as a "fun" gift.
With other colours available the concept can be developed even further.
Why not a cow or even a T-Rex?
