Центр прототипирования находится в г. Ростов-на-Дону, на перекрестке пр. Стачки и ул. Зорге.
Главным образом, помимо создания необычного закрытого научного института, целью является разработать место для лабораторных исследований студентов. Необходимо устроить пространство открытое и понятное не только для ученых. Объект, точнее его главный вход соединяется артерией с кампусами студенческих общежитий и университетов, создавая некий транзит.
Генеральный план разработан таким образом, чтобы в первую очередь просматривалась связь работы научного института со студентами. Соответственно корпус расположен в непосредственной близи с институтами физики, химии. А площадь участка вдоль оживленных улиц отдана под небольшую парковую зону.
Центр разрабатывается на основе синергии архитектуры (организатор пространства) и науки (биологическое, природное). Как следствие, разработка формы через нелинейную архитектуру и геопластику. Организация внутренних пространств основана на согласовании разных функции между собой (лаборатории, студенческие лектории, пространства для отдыха).
Комплекс оборудован всеми высокотехнологичными системами. На территории есть парк, водоемы, места для отдыха ( как работников, так и прогуливающихся людей). Предусмотрена безбарьерная среда для маломобильных групп населения.

The master plan is designed in such a way that, first of all, the connection between the work of a scientific institute and students is viewed. Accordingly, the building is located in close proximity to the institutes of physics and chemistry. And the plot area along busy streets is given for a small park area.
The center is developed on the basis of the synergy of architecture (organizer of space) and science (biological, natural). As a result, form development through non-linear architecture and geoplastics. The organization of internal spaces is based on the coordination of different functions among themselves (laboratories, student lectures, spaces for recreation).
The complex is equipped with all high-tech systems. On the territory there is a park, ponds, places for recreation (both workers and people walking). A barrier-free environment is provided for people with limited mobility.
