Two different residential flats are being developed by investors - developers Falcon Housings. They desire to provide low cost housing for mediocre class. The Project Architects were assigned two sites having areas 8500 square feet and 7000 square feet at demarcated site plots 101 & 102 adjacent Burki road Lahore Cantt.
As per Client’s requirements Site no.101 is planned & designed for eight residential units and Site no. 102 is designed for six units. Proposed designed covered area for individual flats ranges between 1015 Sq. ft to 1772 Sq. Ft.
Architecture Design Plans are accommodating, comfortable and minimalist. The idea is to provide feasible budgetary apartments for people who cant afford highly priced property plots and construction hassles. Both categories of Flats have reception, sitting, dinning, kitchen, two beds, baths and laundry space. Balconies are provided for environs views. The developers pledge to provide all necessary amenities for residents of Flats. Arch. Elevations have contemporary features and are conducive for low maintenance cost.
