Never Again. Ukraine 2022 (Posters)

At 5 am on the 24th of February, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion on Ukraine, bombing Ukrainian cities, comitting war crimes and attacking civilians.

I spent the first week of the invasion in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine that was constantly under attack. Most of the time I was hiding in the bomb shelter with dozens of other Kyivites with children and pets. I felt unable to draw for a long time. This was the first artwork I brought myself to draw since the full-scale invasion.
On the 8th of April, 2022, a russian missile hit the railway station in Kramatorsk, Ukraine. It had a writing "for the children!" in russian on it, and at least seven Ukrainian children who were waiting for the evacuation train with their parents fell victims to it.
During the years of Ukraine's fight for freedom Easter became a special day that symbolized the resurrection of Ukraine and beginning of a new life. This poster is dedicated to the hope for the victory and peaceful life in Ukraine.
Thanks for watching!
