Originally geared towards non-technical users, it provides familiar tools to provide access to a space that previously had been dominated by those with development skills and a deep technical knowledge of the field.

Content is organized in a familiar CMS format
Individual pieces of content are made up primarily of what a user says to trigger the conversation and how the device will respond. From there, many additional tools allow for building complex interactions on top of that simple premise.
