Junior Keys Course - Forte School of Music's premier keyboard course for children aged 4-7 years.
Forte's Junior Keys Course is an amazing program for children aged 5-7 years. With up to 8 children playing together in a class this course is great fun for kids. Parents get to learn as well when they attend with their child each week.
We encourage students to sing whilst playing so that their brains create even more learning pathways - it's a bit like supercharging the learning. The pedagogy behind the development of this course is based around traditional piano technique which is enhanced by adding methodologies and learning strategies from Orff-Schulwerk, Kodaly, Dalcroze, Suzuki and Yamaha.
