100年前人类，很傻很天真，甚至狂妄自大，做着百年以后的美梦，他们认为100年后，人可随意起飞，可以任意潜入海底，驾驭鲸鱼，知识不用学习，通过耳机传入大脑，人可以控制海洋动物……
40年前的深圳，自己都不相信40年后的未来，
如此美好！如此精彩！
我们憧憬100年后的未来，城市更加有趣，科技解放了生产力，让我们有时间关注无聊的事情，我们有大把的时间去研究艺术，美食，植物，玩具等等一切美好的事物！
中国，深圳，宝安，壹方城，巨龙下两层隐藏藏着一个通往100年后的“未来实验室”
项目所处壹方城B2地铁入口端头，区域不大，但是很深，地铁每天给我们带来40000-50000的客流，但是我们的区域距离地铁口实在太近，我们做过测试，下了台阶走21步，如果没有被吸引，就完美的错过这个区域，大长腿估计18步就溜达过去了，所以，如何留住大客流，如何增加吸引力，如何解决建筑留给商业的死角，是我们的设计重点。
切切切，切切切，尽可能切铺，小空间更需要集群式的抱团规划模式，塑造热闹拥挤的氛围，能够给项目带来更多生机….1000多平米的主题区，我们塑造了38家店铺，最小的10平米，几何形态的店铺使每一家店铺都有比较好的展面露出。

They believed that after 100 years, people can take off at will, dive into the seabed at will, and control whales. Knowledge does not need to be learned, and is transmitted to the brain through headphones , man can control marine animals...
In Shenzhen 40 years ago, I didn't believe in the future 40 years later.

We look forward to the future 100 years from now, cities are more interesting, technology liberates productivity, gives us time to focus on boring things, and we have a lot of time to study art, food, plants, toys and all the beautiful things!
China, Shenzhen, Bao'an, Yifang City, two floors under the giant dragon hide a "future laboratory" leading to 100 years later
The project is located at the end of the B2 subway entrance of Unicity City. The area is not large, but it is very deep. The subway brings us 40,000-50,000 passengers every day, but our area is too close to the subway entrance. Take 21 steps, if you are not attracted, you will miss this area perfectly. It is estimated that the long legs will walk there in 18 steps. Therefore, how to retain the large passenger flow, how to increase the attraction, and how to solve the dead space left by the building for business, is our design focus.
Cut everything, cut everything, and shop as much as possible. Small spaces need a cluster-style planning model to create a lively and crowded atmosphere, which can bring more vitality to the project.... More than 1,000 square meters of theme areas, we have created 38 Stores, the minimum is 10 square meters, and the geometric shape of the store makes each store have a better exhibition surface.
