The Poison Dart Frog
The Installation aims to highlight one of the lesser known species from the list of endangered animals. Found in the rain-forests of Central and South America, this animal is the size of a human thumb, but it plays a significant role in maintaining the Eco-system. Subject to reasons like loss of habitat due to deforestation and the pet trade, the numbers are steadily decreasing. In view of recent disasters like the incessant Amazon fires and the ever-growing problem of climate change, we have used e-waste from the IT hub of the country, Bangalore, to bring to attention this beautiful vibrant creature, The Poison Dart frog
