Vertical turntable은 아날로그 감성과 현대의 기술이 더해져 만들어진 제품입니다

기존 제품의 문제점을 현대 기술로 해결하되 아날로그의 감성을 잃지 않도록 디자인했습니다

Vertical turntable is a product made by adding analog sensibility and modern technology

It is designed to solve problems of existing products with modern technology, but not to lose analog sensibility

형태의 변환 / 아날로그 감성 / 현대 기술의 조화
제품의 형태는 lp를 꺼낼 때의 모습에서 영감을 받았으며

lp와 턴테이블이 각각의 개체가 아닌 하나의 제품으로 보이도록 디자인했습니다

We worked on the project with the goal of reinterpreting the analog sensibility of turntable
The shape of the product was inspired by the appearance of the lp when it was taken out,

and the lp and turntable were designed to look like a single product, not individual

Technology

아날로그를 디지털화 시킨 만큼 기술적인 발전도 필요하다 생각했습니다.

기존 카트리지 침압으로 인한 소리골이 마모되는 문제점을 광학식 카트리지로 대체해 손상을 최소화했으며

카트리지를 양면에 설치해 lp를 뒤집는 번거로움 또한 없앴습니다

구동 방식은 CD ROM과 동일하며 렌즈가 엘피를 인식 후 내장되어 있던 스핀들과 연결 후 작동됩니다

As much as analog was digitized, I thought technological advancement was necessary.

By introducing an optical cartridge, damage to the lp was minimized due to conventional cartridge tracking force.
also installed cartridges on both sides to eliminate the hassle of flipping the lp

The driving methond is the same as the CD ROM, and the lens recognizes the lp and operates after connecting it to the built-in spindle
