"Kosovo Battles" Comic
This 8 shots digital comic, which aimed to light 2 battles on the Kosovo field and their impact on European history, was made for the open call.
In 2020 I visited Albania and was charmed by the Balkans and its culture. I realized that I know nothing about this world, so this open call became one more opportunity for me to explore the topic in which I'm interested. In my art practice, I observe myths and folklore. I opened to myself that story about the Kosovo battle (1389) became a myth, and it curved the known historical facts. Through this comic, I want to stress the historical site of the event, which, in my opinion, has a substantial impact on European history.
