The project is located on a green site surrounded by residential villas and overlooking a canal on one side and a beach on the other.
The concept was a discourse of the intertwining of open and closed spaces in public and private areas. The proposed design aims to provide a new intersection between public spaces, cultural program, entertainment/event spaces and architecture to create a vibrant landmark within an urban landscape.
