Quotations from a New World Order

Rationale
More often than not, scholars, authors, editors et cetera will produce a list of books claiming they changed the world – the world they are referring to is the Western world, the books, written by Western authors for Western audiences. Quotations from a New World Order seeks to address the consensus that ‘the world’ equates ‘the west’ by exploring the significance and legacy of Quotations from Chairman Mao Tse-Tung. It has changed the world, it did in the 1960s, it did in 1989, 2008 and it does now. However, the real significance of that Little Red Book is that it is and will continue to shape and change the world – our world.
