UI design - UX | Customer Support Solution
This project was really big. It implied the combination of several independent applications working separately to be joined in one single solution that united them all.
From communications channels with customers as well as internal colleagues, crm, notification delivery system, employee performance indicators. Deep UX and UI visual design. Icon design and branding was also developed.
It was a very rewarding experience with proven results. Some directly impacted the user's better development of their day to day tasks improving their performance and lowering the stress caused by changing and managing a broad number of complicated, old tools.
