*Typeface design for Advanced Typography class at the Corcoran College of Art + Design. A mixture of aesthetic and vernacular investigation, inspired by the eloquence and ornate display of Burgues Script. I wanted to push the beauty of script into an American attitude type of style.
The Converse style shoes represent that scratched surface yet to be explored and I encouraged myself to push it to these boundaries. The name derives from my last name and also embodies the elongated process that came with designing this typeface.
