With all the doom and gloom in the news it got me thinking about what I retreat back into.  I often find myself "doom scrolling" on my phone at news stories, depressing instagram content and get caught in the loop. To escape this loop I fall back into  Hiphop and in particular, the rapper MF DOOM who still inspires me so here's my version of a DOOM SCROLL.
