Corner with real Georgian cuisine from Ginza Project. In the corner you can taste something that glorified the small but proud Megrelia and became its hallmark - rich kharcho!
DESIGN
I WANT KHARCHO AND KHACHAPURI corner- this is a kaleidoscope of “fragments” of different shapes and materials associated with the Caucasus:
bricks made of red rough clay, cement molds for storing wine, traces of knocked down tiles, aged wood and black metal.
