Celebrating World Music Day 2021
On 19th June 2021, Gandhara Independent Film Festival virtually screened Music On The Move as a three day thematic event. The screening was a celebration of World Music Day 2021 and an attempt to highlight music’s omnipresence in our lives. These specially curated feet tapping and visually inspiring stories was our commitment to creating a global platform for filmmakers to share their stories with the world. These stories were accompanied by discussions with musicians and filmmakers exploring and bridging cultural avenues through music, as an art-form and medium of storytelling
