The Shikshaantar programme developed by the Tech Mahindra foundation was envisioned to enhance the teaching capacity of government school teachers. This today has emerged as one of the main programmes in the portfolio of the whole Tech Mahindra Foundation. The team works with the Municipal Corporation in North and East Delhi with the help of In-service teacher education institutes, and as of now it has trained approximately 6,378 teachers. The training included specially designed curriculum like, cyber security, digital literacy, and assessing mental health of students, these sessions are covered online.
