Alive by Day / Empty by Night
These are a few pictures of my hometown, Offenburg, by night. A usually vivid and breathing city turning into a place of loneliness and power of moments. My idea was to capture the mood and take a different look at the city I see always see at daytime. Some of these could be straight from a movie by the likes of David Lynch, while others are just showing areas nobody really has seen before.
Taken last year in a wonderful hot September night, this series calmed me down a lot, seeing various things very different. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
