Autoliv is a Swedish-American company with offices and plants through-out the world. It is an innovative developer of high-tech automotive safety equipment for all the major automotive manufacters in the world.
Autoliv needed a new brand image that reflects their innovative and forward thinking spirit. They also needed a brand image that was consistant and professional.
As part of a course at the University of Utah, I developed a new identity for Autoliv including their logo and it's usage, print collateral and web presence. The branding is an updated, sofisticated look for Autoliv. The logo represents the wheel, and the placement of Autoliv in that mark implies forward motion. The bold, contrasting new colors are striking in an industry typically filled with boring, outdated corporate imagery.
