After visitng InnoZ in Berlin I learned a lot about the current technology used for electronic charging stations. I was able to test out multiple charging stations and explore the different forms used. I wanted to create a design that was minimal and intuitive. 

I chose Kor as my inspiration because of its sleek and minimally invasive aesthetic. I enjoy how the clean design language allows focus on the function of the product. 

I wanted the user to be able to understand how to use the station quickly, and easily. 

The on and off power switches are located on the side of the charging station and protected by a slide down door that is only accessible after making a payment using the touch screen interface. This helps to prevent the station from being powered off during charging.
