Blind Mice Socks

Packaging
Blind Mice is a children's fashion sock brand sold in high end boutiques and department stores throughout the world.

Getting the opportunity to get involved with the brand from start up was a unique opportunity to guide and direct every aspect of the brand from concept to the finished product. The brand needed to be as arresting as possible from the launch to attract the attention of picky buyers in a crowded and competitive market. To that effect, the idea of selling non-matching coordinating socks in packs of 3's and 5's set the tone for this unconventional fashion brand. A new name was generated that was instantly memorable and youthful. Socks and patterns were designed and tested in collaboration with the overseas manufacturer. In addition, retail packaging, e-commerce website, lookbook, and trade show booth were designed and developed.

The success of the launch resulted in the brand being picked up by over 200 stores in and boutiques in the first year. Including famed Japanese department store Takashimaya and the MOMA store. The brand has also been spotted and photographed being worn by the children of celebrities such as Jennifer Garner and Kourtney Kardashian.
