HOBBY PROMENADE is a location intervention in Belgrade (Vračar).
This longitudinal district is designed with the idea that young people to have affordable housing while still being in/near the city centar. On the lover and ground level there are numerous places designated for different hobbies (gardening club, game center, book club, music club, exercise club, yoga club...).One roof also has a mini golf course.
There are 7 types of apartments and about a half of them have a big garden which sits on top of the next apartments roof so the new district (Hobby Promenade) wouldn't disrupt the identity of the location - house + garden family housing zone.
