The e-tron is an all-electric SUV, delivering the most advanced technology and driver assistance features of any vehicle in Audi's lineup. Our team, in partnership with Audi of America, iterated on multiple outdoor display concepts for the e-tron. Its intended use was to create buzz and showcase the e-tron in front of stadiums and events, allowing customers to see this new vehicle up close as well as immediately recognize its all-electric drivetrain and sophisticated design.
The final concept, pictured above, featured a design language that invoked a connection to the engineering and design processes that permeate through Audi's DNA as a brand and pioneer into the future of electric and autonomous drive systems. LED neon is embedded into the side of the unit to display an electrified "e-tron" logo and tagline, a charging unit is shown plugged into the vehicle on display, and messaging on the top surface unveils more storylines to visiting customers.
