The complexity of the project is that a large number of functional zones had to be placed on a quite small area of the house territory. The customer planned a carport for two cars, a glazed summerhouse, a place for a portable grill, sports and children's areas and an area with a jacuzzi. At the same time, it was extremely necessary to preserve the lawn spaces as much as possible and not forget about the technical rooms.

Сложность проекта заключалась в том, что на сравнительно небольшим участке придомовой территории требовалось разместить большое количество функциональных зон. Заказчик планировал навес под две машины, закрытую беседку, место для переносного гриля ,спортивную, детскую зоны и зону с джакузи. При этом, нужно было максимально сохранить пространства с газоном и не забыть про технические помещения.

At this stage, the location of structures and functional zones is decided, how their relationship with each other and the environment will look like. Such a method of working on the first stage, namely the development of a draft 3D model, allows our team to explain the idea of a future project to the customer more efficiently and intelligibly.

На этой стадии решается каким будет расположение сооружений, функциональных зон, их связь друг с другом и окружением. Подобный метод работы над первым этапом, а именно разработка черновой 3д модели позволяет нашей команде более качественно и доходчиво объяснить заказчику идею будущего проекта.

A good children's area, where even adults would like to stay longer, is the main rule of playground design in recent years.

Хорошая детская зона, та в которой хотели бы задержаться даже взрослые, это главное правило дизайна детских площадок последних лет.

The sports area has an open space, which, due to fasteners, can be reorganized to different types of activities, up to the extension of the play area in the form of suspended swings and a rope net. This solution, as well as modular racks and portable shelving, will help to transform the space easily.

Спортивная зона имеет открытое пространство которое, за счет крепежей, можно переоборудовать под разные виды активностей , вплоть до продления игровой зоны в виде подвесных качелей и канатной сетки. Данное решение как и модульные стойки и переносной стеллаж, помогут легко трансформировать пространство.

In the solution of the carport, we also didn’t forget about the storage of accessories, winter tires and other things. Along the carport, we placed shelving behind hidden doors. The utility the room has a large storage space and also a small compact workshop.

В решении навеса мы также не забыли про хранение принадлежностей, зимней резины и иных вещей. Вдоль самого навеса мы разместили за скрытыми дверьми стеллажи. Хоз. помещение имеет большое количество хранения, а так же, небольшую компактную мастерскую.

Summerhouse

The summerhouse has everything you need for a comfortable stay both in warm and cold seasons due to underfloor heating, as well as a cozy area with an authentic stove.

Беседка имеет все необходимое для комфортного время препровождения как в теплые так и в холодные времена года за счет подогрева теплым полом а так же уютной зоны с аутентичной буржуйкой.

The front yard remained in its original form, except implementing a waiting area in the form of a massive beam and the meticulous work on decorative and functional lighting.

Передний двор остался в первозданном виде за исключением внедрения в него зоны ожидания в виде массивного бруса а так-же проработки декоративного и функционального освещения.

An excellent solution was to provide embedded fasteners for the screen on the facade of the summerhouse. Your favorite movies and TV series in a company of loved ones in the open air, what could be better!?

Отличным решением стало предусмотреть закладные крепежи для экрана на фасаде беседки. Ваше любимое кино и сериалы в окружении близких людей под открытым небом, что может быть лучше!?
