Our first project for the UX design course "everyone codes".
We were in a diverse group of 4 and our assignment was to create a prototype for Bakery Bauer's website in 4 weeks while understanding their customers target group and introducing new opportunities for the webshop.

Our Personas & Empathy Maps
We decided to merge our personas and empathy maps and created 5 diverse potential customers for Bäckerei Bauer.
Karl is our Innkeeper and a skeptic, his motto is "If it works, it works.". He is the client who still purchases his orders with a phone and is reluctant to buy it online.
Elisabeth is a young and active person who would buy breakfast for the company she works at. She would like a fast and easy time ordering.
Thomas is the regional farmer. He would like to have a cooperation with Bäckerei Bauer and would buy the leftover bread for his animals.
Tina is our Mother who would like to buy healthy bread for breakfast. She would like to pre-plan her orders and wants it to be delivered according to the day she chose.
Gerti is our retiree who lives near a location of Bäckerei Bauer and goes there for a coffee and pastry with friends. She too would like to buy her bread and pastries online.

This is our Information Architecture for Bäckerei Bauer, first we brainstormed what we wanted on our site and afterwards we structured it.
