Ecosystem
To help on understanding Product Context and User Archetypes I dived into discovery and designed an ecosystem constellation drawing as an intuitive approach to visualize the almost invisible correlations of the future product, and to consider solving possible problems or bridging gaps and giving insights on value proposition.
This was a job interview test.

No Branding to be followed, was giving.
Client Overview:
The client manages landscaping crews and coordinates jobs for their customers based on crew availability. The client needs the most simple and complete solution where customers should be able to select from a list of available dates and times for their job to be performed based on the availability of the crews. The system then notifies the customer of the scheduled job and alerts them when the crew is en route.
Assumptions:
• A list of employees by role (workers and managers) exist
• Crew managers will be able to determine the availability of their crew
• Customers will have a single job type (Example: Mowing the lawn), which will require a 1 hour time window
Form Factors:
• Admin - Web Application
• Crew Manager - Tablet
• Customer - Mobile
The design process for this sprint was focusing mainly on the Crew Manager Form Factor Experience.

Using JTB (Jobs to be Done) approach to understand user objectives and tasks. Translating it to their respective roles an optimal device experience.

From research and discovery phase, some user stories where identified and mapped to a [What - When - Why] matrix.

Below is the result of the functional prototype design of initial dashboard.
