Missing Customers

My company had the opportunity to represent a multi billion dollar corporation across all of its event activations. Working with some internal agents we were going to put together a presentation for the TMS Innovation Fair. This fair showcased innovative solutions to Toyota Motor Sales’ (TMS) most pressing business challenges, offered up by its own associates partnering with outside vendors. 
Most of the presenters were high tech pitches, like using augmented reality, or leveraging cloud based systems to manage the growing collection of digital documents. Our solution was to clean up the process of data collection across multiple customer touch points, therefore increasing the quanity of quality leads. Despite the exposure that TMS's brands had we were able to calculate that a significant amount of their data was simply getting lost in the process. 
We created a campaign focusing on the consumers that the brands were potentially missing out on. I created illustrations to help communicate our processes and business strategy. I also designed messaging that detailed our event touch points, showcased how we treasured consumer data and carried it efficiently through an event life cycle. We produced a presentation board, a three fold brochure a ppt presentation and digital signage for ipad slideshow at the display. We also created Missing Customer sheets we used to mimic a missing child notice placed on milk cartons. We taped the sheets on Whopper packages that were milk cartons and handed those away. 
As a result we won 3rd prize out of 120 presenters. We were the only marketing solution even considered in the top 10 innovative ideas.
