Development of a design from Photoshop into a responsive WordPress website
Corporate WordPress website for a company with cloud IT cyber security and data protection services.
My task was to develop a design from Photoshop into a responsive WordPress website. Also, I needed to make a small animation and make a simple contact form.
For the convenience of changing the content, the WordPress system tension was implemented using a custom ACF fields plugin.
For speed optimization, I implemented SCSS technology and Gulp task manager. Also was installed and configured WP Rocket. By Imagify plugin, were optimized all images.
Front-end. This part was written using Gulp. As the framework for styling, Bootstrap was chosen. SCSS was used instead of CSS as its metalanguage.
Back-end. WordPress custom theme created based on underscores.me. HTML to WordPress was implemented using a custom ACF Pro plugin with additional fields. The contact form was made by Contact Form 7 plugin. I used WP Rocket and Imagify plugins for page speed optimization. For the SLL key setup, I used the Real Simple SSL plugin.
