"Oasis among urban noise"
Despite the modern design of the building and its materials, it blends in the urban surroundings, creating a pleasant relationship with the adjacent historical villa and a modern hotel. The dynamic elevation of the building and night lighting correspond to the city's high-speed movement.
The building was divided into two parts on the ground floor: a public cafe and a residential area.
The adjacent park provides and gives the inhabitants a sense of peace, calm and quiet, and a place for contemplation and rest.
It's designed in a way that is very close to nature. The green islands on the plot show that they are wild and not affected. Wooden panels (the same material as on the building's facade) and floor lighting are installed in the ground.
