Shooting the film as a one shot so as to increase the effectiveness and suspense throughout the film from frame to frame. The story revolves around a girl who is a victim of an unwanted or forced pregnancy and undergoes abortion procedures.
It is is a choice, her choice...
 
So the movie depicts her going to the restroom and her mind being disturbed by various thoughts, including thoughts about the life that is growing inside her. The hanger conveys a thought into her head that back in the day... In America, it stands for abortion as a choice. As if it is a woman's right to have an abortion in order to avoid making her life miserable by becoming involved in the abortion process.She enters the restroom, and the hand wash inside the washroom reminds her of the unwanted pregnancy she was forced to endure. She was also surprised to see another girl inside the restroom. but the other girl was fine, indicating the intense trauma the character is experiencing inside her mind.Then there's the waste bin, which represents the symbolism of smell and conjures up stinky memories from her past. So when she's trying to get rid of the drip stand that depicts the umbilical cord connection with the baby inside her womb. It prevents her from moving on from the past.She regained control after the abortion. She sees a cleaning lady and takes the red liquid with a pleasant fragrance from her, pours it over the can that she associates with her stinky memories, and prepares to move on by cutting the connection with the drip stand while attempting to get up. If she had remained in the room, she would have died like a dead plant.
