Moji

"Moji" is a wooden stool meant to be placed in a hall or waiting room.
It was created having repetition in mind; when several items are arranged together a wave-like pattern appears. The stool is no more than it legs and a curved board. Yet, this simple combination recalls the image of a japanese character after which they are named; Moji means character in japanese.
A combination of a number of stools having different leg positions would resemble a sentence-like pattern. Instead, putting together a number of stools atop others results in shelves for a waiting room.
