This concept involved creating a restaurant that celebrates Scandinavian seafood and their traditions in a warm, welcoming environment. 
With a strong focus on traditional Scandinavian design, interior design and folk art as well as Kräftskiva, a ritual gathering in Sweden, this cultural experience not only in food but also in atmosphere creates a memorable experience for customers.
This branding included menu's, hand drawn patternwork and icons, gift cards, logo, uniform, signage and booklets to be given to visitors which explains Kräftskiva as well as its various traditions including songs to be sung while drinking vodka or schnapps as well as a modern variation of party hats often worn during the celebration.
