The concept here involves a rebrand for the annual classic, OC Fair, that pays tribute to it's hometown of Orange, California, excites with a youth feel, yet contains a clean positioning. From sketches, mind-mapping, and conversations with the client, I went with a modern update that brings out the youthful excitement through the color selections, a familiar tone in an updated font, and a minimalistic, yet tasteful addition of illustration and verbiage tie-in.
