Daily Anxiety - Personal

Daily anxiety

At the beginning of this year I became more actively aware of anxiety, now more as a condition and not as a bystander. Thanks to different methods (including therapy as one of them), I have managed to control my thoughts and emotions in a better way. During these months when I was in the middle of an anxiety crisis I made an effort to fight against those emotions, thoughts and feelings, and thus create a piece in that state. The result in 4 months of this personal project is the following, a piece for each anxiety episode with a different issue.

In conclusion and in a very personal way, defining my emotions and trying to conceptualize them helped me to visualize and organize my emotions in a better way, as well as to materialize those emotions into something positive.
"The trauma room"
"Ashes to ashes, dust to dust"
"Siempre..."
"No place to hide"
