Key Artem (Model Sheet)
Key Artem: The main protagonists of the series. Being a half Atramentum means he can use his prehensile tail to draw anything that would be helpful for him in a situation. And being half Toon he has the ability to do cartoon physics like recovering after being cut in half, surviving a fall, pulling objects out of thin air, and breaking the 4th wall. His personality is the friendly wise-cracking prankster that likes to draw and crack jokes. He also has his trusty mallet when he needs to get out of a hairy situation or deal with a fight. Being a cartoon-loving young adult, Key likes making cartoon actions and playing with cartoon logic.
Nova Voltage (Model Sheet)
Nova Voltage: Nova is Key's girlfriend. She’s a bubbly comic relief girl who often gets involved in over-the-top slapstick and electricity puns. Just like her surname, Nova can make electric charges with electrokinesis. Nova is a comic book artist, a digital artist, a story writer, and an animator, and in her spare time, she does cosplay. She is kind of like a dork and an anime weeb but will fight back if you diss her or Key.
Jack Howitzer (Model Sheet)
Jack Howitzer: Jack is a dedicated weaponsmith who used to be a clown. This fact is emphasized by his big red nose. Jack is short-tempered and violent. He’s always ready to solve his problems with either guns, explosives, or anything dangerous in general. Jack chose to be mercenary because he wasn’t good at being a clown. Underneath his beaning is a head full of curly hair. Despite his explosive temper and trigger-happy personality, Jack hates bullies and will not hesitate to fight for his friends.

Dorothy Dottie Paige (Model Sheet)
Dorothy “Dottie” Paige: Dorothy, also called Dottie for short, is a kind, insecure and shy girl, who likes comic books. She is a pacifist and prefers to not get into fights. Dottie is a Typographician, a race of humanoid beings with the ability of Onomatopoeisis and Lexiconicy. Dottie is a hard worker who is really dedicated to her job so she can support her teenage brother. Dottie provides good comic book material and animatics for Key, so he can get good help with his animations. Dottie loves children and would often be friendly and kind to some she interacts with. Though she may not be physically strong, she has a good heart.
BackgroundGuy Layer (Model Sheet)
BackgroundGuy Layer: BackgroundGuy is a stressed-out plain-looking man with many jobs. BackgroundGuy is someone who is generally sarcastic and easily gets annoyed by the other characters. While he has many jobs, he does not take most of them seriously due to his laziness and impatient nature. BackgroundGuy is a cop, a doctor, a lawyer, a chef, a firefighter, a plumber, a carpenter, a pizza delivery man, a mailman, a janitor, etcetera. To put it short, he’s a Jack of all trades.
Shadow Shade Noir (Model Sheet)
Shadow “Shade” Noir: Shadow, or Shade for short, is a goth-like young woman with a pet crow. Despite looking dark and edgy all the time, Shade is very sweet and kind. She likes to bond with people but some are intimidated by her intimidating eyes and voice. Despite what other people think of her, Shade would want nothing more than to bond with someone.

Ember Alloy: Ember is a dedicated craftsman who loves to build stuff. He is close friends with Jack and a kind younger brother to Stella. Ember often gets pumped up when there is crafting involved, but his dedicated personality is often annoying to BackgroundGuy when he works with him as a mechanic or a carpenter.
Stella Alloy (Model Sheet)
Stella Alloy: Stella is a metallic amazon warrior who always prepares herself in combat. She has a crush on Jack is often trying to flirt with him, but fails miserably. Stella is also Dottie’s best friend and a kind older sister to Ember. She loves to hang out with them and she loves looking after children.
