Illustration based on the animated cartoon "My Neighbor Totoro"
An idea was formulated, suitable references were selected and analyzed, a rough but readable sketch was drawn in procreate.
The color palette is selected, the van is painted.
Chiaroscuro and background have been added to the illustration. The final detailing of the image has been completed: the readability of small details, the correctness of light and shadow have been checked. Color correction done.
