Integrating Community-centered, Ecosystem-based Approaches into Forestry, Agriculture and Tourism Sectors
The project aims to establish a holistic landscape approach incorporating biodiversity conservation into planning and implementation in agriculture, tourism, and forestry sectors in a selected area.
The project will work with government, civil society organizations and the private sector to "mainstream" biodiversity conservation into their natural resources related management and land-use. Livelihoods will be enhanced in partnerships with private sector to combine biodiversity conservation and socio-economic benefits to area based businesses and communities.
