Topic description - OYO ROOMS , also known as OYO HOTELS & HOME, is an Indian multinational hospitality chain of leased and franchised hotels, homes and living spaces, founded by Ritesh Agarwal. Oyo initially consisted mainly of budget hotels.

Concept - I've highlighted the USP of OYO room which is "GET YOUR PRIVATE SPACE"  at affordable prices. So you can fulfill your desires that can't happen at home.
