For Cirklo's 2018 annual retreat we developed merchandise for the team, some clients and allies. This retreat/merch combo was an experiment on what would happen if we blended experience, culture and strategic design to help convey the essence of a very interpersonal bonding moment through the whole year.
The main challenge was he joint production of different materials with the launch at the same date. The joint planning with the team shaping the retreat, the intention of these moments and the conceptualization of objects that materialize it.
The team's intention was focused on questioning how we do things, inviting us to rethink how we approach the preconceived ideas. We sought to talk about the passion and the particular motivator of each person. We aimed to focus on reflecting on how we see, think, behave and speak from these attributes to enact a real re-evolution.
