ECSTASY
This drawing explores the use of colour and unrepresentative shapes. I was strongly influenced by Kandinsky's non-objective paintings in this work. I wanted to create an aesthetic image with no real subject matter and no resemblance to the natural or physical world. It is simple lines and shapes for the sake of lines and shapes. There is no real mood behind this piece but presents an abstract artwork for viewers to be able to come to conclusions on their own.
