Worklife is a personnel consulting company and temporary work agency. Its main service is the supply of personnel from the East, primarily from Ukraine. In addition, it is involved in the recruitment of employees for middle and senior level positions.
The company's primary task is to build a bridge between the employee and the employer. Brand communication divided into business and recruitment is directed to these two entities. Worklife is characterized by a serious and honest approach as a business partner, while having a humane and helpful attitude as a work agency.

Success has many names
The visual strategy is based on two lines of communication – business and recruitment.
The business line is based on shapes derived from a scaled and cropped brand logo.
The recruitment line, on the other hand, consists of a photo depicting an employee and a graph symbolizing the company's growth. In the communication, we use slogans that draw attention to the importance of the employee in the workplace, as well as the business success that depends on their work.
The yellow dot appearing on compositions symbolizes the goal and level the company is striving for.
In the branding process, identity elements were created to emphasize the business and partnership nature of the brand. An appropriate style of icons and illustrations was developed, which facilitate understanding of the complex message. They help to illustrate issues related to the large number of industries in which Worklife operates.
